my house offers really nice views of sunsets, i just realised.
ok 11/11/2007. its a big fat 20 can? argh so old.
but it was a gd gathering nonetheless.

lamb fore shank was good. oh btw it was at brewerkz clarke quay.

ok, this was taken at macritchie last week. the trail to treetop walk is really some crazy walkabout. we almost cudnt make it back in one piece, walked about 6-8km, and the point it we still did not conquer treetop walk since it was closed by the time we got to the 3km mark. -.-
of cos, the takeaway is a wonderful dinner at thompson's prata house. paper prata, murtabak, kosong, mushroom with cheese prata was all fabulous.

now, how about some sunset off the coast of changi. it was a walkabout 2 days back for trip down to the new T3, can check out some photos of t3 here. quite a neat and futuristic fusion place, not soo much futuristic to be impractical. i think its good architecture, retaining the old t2 ideas and better energy saving ideas.
of cos, good food awaits after the long walkabout at changi village. i think im dead, i cant stop eating good food. and my pocket pains!
and oh, check out some bored souls at t3.

peekaboo.
again?

btw.
flickr is pissing me off with the 'maximum 200 photos' for free account bullshit, so im heading over to photobucket for the moment until i get enough money to get a pro account with flickr, which i think, though very little money, some 35bux per year, is not really worth it.
ok here's the photobucket site: http://s11.photobucket.com/albums/a165/de5truction/
i know its a long entry, there's quite abit over the week..
today is another day with great surprise.
in the early afternoon after i woke up, i accessed my email to find this letter from admissions department from imperial.
"Dear Mr. XXX
Thank you for your interest in Imperial College.
We are pleased to have received your application from UCAS, and you are now being considered for the following course(s):
G100 - Mathematics (BSc 3YFT)
H401 - Aeronautical Engineering (MEng 4YFT)"
as well as some admin info like this..
"Nevertheless please also bear in mind that, due to the very high standard of applications normally received, decisions on applications which only marginally satisfy our entry requirements may need to be deferred until closer to the 31 March deadline. "
OK. end of story.
at 4pm when my dad came back, he passed me this letter from imperial london. it was airmail and stuff.. i tot, damn looks like another interview arrangement. when i opened up the mail, it sort of blew me away.
"Thank you... I am pleased to advise you informally that we will be making you an unconditional offer." for maths, ie.
ON THE SAME DAY? and i was expecting sth like an interview or sth. man, its the 5th top university in the world? yongchuen, i cant believe it!! they just received my application and the next thing im on my way there already. and the snail mail is of equal speed as the email. cool.
ok that's one thing less to worry, at least there's still a confirmed chance at uk for the next 3/4 years. now i shall bid my time and wait for the big brother. 2nd in the world, to reply.. while i still deliberate and make my ultimate choice..
