ok, the bigger prize from the 1 month job has to be the Singapore Sports Awards 2008 ceremony. i got to attend it as part of the PR crew who were so busy pitching for this event. i realised that PR is seriously shit, as what most of my other colleagues would have been grumbling about. man, if i were them, i wudnt have eaten humble pie and just offend all the bigots who assume they are anywhere near smart. gawd. i have come across quite a few personalities this time round and i can sufficiently conclude that it is respect that begets respect. the equation has never been simpler. even in the corporate world, there are people with the spirit and sincerity. and these people command the respect and trust. the rest will never do that no matter what their titles are.
