there are times when u really feel like saying something to someone, but it gets swallowed down.. and so you decide it shudnt be said. and it gets submerged underwater for years before something triggers you off to remember it again. it has been years..
when you have been a bastard to your gd fren at work, not helping him out and after you realise it abt the childishness you brought about, it makes you so much in a clearer picture to advise people, even older guys, on the appropriate action to take before sth bad happens. many a time we work in offices, organisations or even communities we realise that such actions come into play quite badly. its not necessary a bad thing but more importantly understanding it exists and go about it successfully.
sometimes its beyond comprehension why should you respect someone for his seniority. im not doubting the experience-packing punch the person will have but more of his capability in doing things. if i believe that at that bloody age, i can jolly well do the same thing much better, i dont see why at this age now i should listen or obey his instructions. that's the problem when the younger generation is getting more educated and more capable. if you ever notice, the earlier generation of people, and those who signed on in the saf happen to be stereotyped to be _____, and with the new generation of people coming in having to obey orders, its no wonder progress is hard to be made. there shud always be a rule in every organisation which insists superior's instructions are specifically ideas open to discussion. how cool would that be. how soon might that happen? i guess its as early as 2 extra national public holidays are declared..
if you ever become a leader just remember one this: trying to climb will make you lose your care for others. fighting for your men will make you lead.
