yayy, the euphoria is still high and running around the country i believe, with singapore just clinching the asean championship title with a real tough fight with a spirited thailand side that seeked to drown their sorrows by thumping singapore hard, something they thought that they could do after their lion cup triumph few months back. true, the play by singapore never made proof that we are the best team in asean - the play which we play is ugly, but that's how england did it too right? that aside, the one goal that came in the national stadium in bangkok which silenced the entire stadium was with such finesse, such perfection, such placement coming from a youngster who was brought on as a substitute in perfect tactical revamp. live on the dream, singapore! enjoy the win, we still have a long long way to go to fine tune our performances to be able to reach that of a fluid team which will attack beautifully and defend gracefully.
