ok i confess that i do not haf that poetry excellence to come up with such a stanza. i found it on some forum which i was surfing in, quite intriguing huh. kinda describes life now. right now.
btw, finally unwrapped my manu polo t i got from thailand (for those skeptics, plz, its definitely not pirated, man i swear its not. :) i paid 30 bux k. and of cos, its not that i dun wanna hear that its pirated goods, but ITS ORIGINAL!) bloody neat k, gonna wear it for CNY. just the right colour my dad has always been pestering me to buy - finally found sth red that is still lovable and not so retarded looking, like a bloody red angpow roaming the street.Anyways, CNY is just really around the corner man! its so exciting to haf cny coming up basically because of the new year break from camp - that's really what nsfs will look forward to man. other than that, gathering with family members and stuff just afew days after vday also makes quite abit of sense and impetus since im rather detached from home nowadays. im trying my best to help out around whenever i am back, but it just doesnt get into my mind and the computer overrules. like ok, i hope the cny will give me a better chance to treasure people around and realise that the world is filled with warmth and beauty. my parents did springcleaning this year quite themselves since my sis and me are away from house most of the time. no one's complaining about tat arrangement, i made sure i did up my room b4 i left for camp last week., heh. but my mom did tell me about my neighbour who practically wiped her window sills 3-4times over making it even able to shine through the 2 decades of dust. she's the kind who is so damn into CNY and anything related to that stuff. man, its really nice to know that ppl still treasure such festivals but its still cynical to be critical of the way she does it - yes, of cos maybe the more you clean, the higher chance u see the cai shen ye in your house giving you some gold ingots, but thats really ridiculous. the cny mood hasnt really struck in me yet, things at home doesnt give me the atmosphere except for the new year goodies that are forever, such a perfect treat while playing dota or sth. in camp, no one really gives a damn about that day just that we know we haf a squadron outing on this coming friday for some cny lunch at some restaurant.
oh wells, i just checked the stats for my lil blog in the corner of singapore, and it gave a stunning results of views from canada, united states, united kingdom, malaysia and thailand. im so proud of such a diverse viewership man! it would be even more stunning to realise that they are all not singaporeans related to me in anyway - but that would take me eternity to really check it out haha. i shall pretend they are, and hope they are my passionate fans. of cos, this blog has never been to intrigue the public, but more of sth for me and my frens and sth for me to catalog my weeks as the time goes by since i do not really like the idea of keeping a physical diary because i hate writing with the pen. but, keep the viewership going man! hope to make more international frens this way too!
stress levels beginning to drop since the work in camp is almost quite relaxing for this week or so mainly because the tough period is over. the next worst period coming up is in april which i haf to weather. decided on taking a break this march, see what i can do - maybe overseas or help out with my mom's company for their moving of office. but oh yes, i haf to weather some bigger obstacle tmr - scholarship interview. MOE scholarship interview, hope to do sth gd for myself finally; yes i am going to research up something so that i feel prepared tmr. yea, feel prepared. many were quite shocked and cynical about me being a teacher, but its afterall one of the choices of jobs i have in mind and im passionate about it. i feel the best thing about being a teacher is the satisfaction in moulding the individual into who you think he can become, academically, mentally and physically. its always nice to haf the student turning in what you believed in him and achieving something with the cca you are in charge. there are so many other aspects of satisfaction to come from a teacher not only from the academic results alone and that is what interests me. it has definitely never been money either, for those who think too lowly of my existence. really hope to achieve something tmr; who knows, maybe one day i will rise up as a model teacher in the hearts of many students, remembering how my teachers mould me into becoming who i am today with much tribute. the best tribute would be to continue what they fought for their lives.
